We had planned to stay at the Hotel Landing; however, our flight was delayed to such an extent that we would not have arrived until the following day. We were traveling to attend a family member’s funeral, and given my mother’s age and fragile health, this disruption added significant strain to an already difficult situation. I made multiple attempts to speak with a manager to request a refund, as the total cost of $1,849 for three guests over two nights is substantial. Despite leaving numerous messages, I did not receive a return call. Additionally, the booking agency I worked through sent several emails to hotel management on my behalf, none of which were acknowledged. The lack of communication and support has been deeply disappointing. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and as a result, I will not be utilizing this hotel again, nor will I be able to recommend it to others based on this experience.

We stayed for a wedding and were very disappointed. The amenities fee is a joke, the bed was hard as a rock and the rooms like dorms. We had a King room and no chair to sit in. Bathroom lighting was extremely dim. On a Saturday morning the restaurant didn’t open for breakfast til after 8:30 or 9:00. The restaurant was also understaffed. The experience was not worth nearly $400 per night after all the fees. The website makes it look like a luxury hotel and it is average at best. The best part was the decent coffee in the lobby.

The hotel room was note clean I had a severe rash and complained to the front desk. My guess is that there was an animal staying in the room before who had fleas. The staff did nothing and just ignored me.

Stately, elegant, extremely well appointed rooms. King size bed is incredibly comfortable and the bathroom is roomy and has a shower that makes it easy to get the temperature right without getting wet. On premise restaurant is above average too.

Excellent wayzata lake location in Minnesota with enjoyable night life involving prime breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Quality walk areas and shopping for clothes, shoes and jewelry. Well designed lakefront options

We have stayed at the Hotel Landing multiple times and each was a consistent, top-notch experience. Boutique feel and walking distance to great dining and shopping.
The onsite restaurant and bar is also enjoyable with late night service on weekends. We look forward to our next stay!

Clean and comfortable, every consideration was taken to make sure my stay was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was beautiful. Can’t wait to go back again.

It was our first time at The Hotel Landing. Jake at the front desk was terrific. Terrific atmosphere along with great people. Room was very nice and just what we needed. We will stay again.
